The
Energy Jet Unit consists of a
special housing with two mixing air dampers and full electric
modulation. The discharge
temperature is controlled by a sensor mounted within the unit with a
manual set-point control*.
The high volume fan is complete with belt drive for models 24 through 48.
HOUSING
Prime
galvanized steel of 18 to 20 gauge forms the exterior housing with the
interior frame being made up of welded structural angles containing the
fan and damper assembly.
FAN
A
six bladed heavy-duty propeller fan is used to provide high volume and
static pressure. Self-aligning
heavy-duty pre-lubricated ball bearing pillow blocks are standard with
models 24 through 48.
MOTOR
The
motor is a totally enclosed fan cooled unit with bearings designed for continuous
operation, and thermal overload protection built in on single-phase
units.
WIRING
AND CONTROLS
Units
are shipped complete with all internal wiring, ready to operate. Each unit is factory tested before being shipped.
Field wiring consists of a connection to terminal strip within
control box and a manual starter.
NOTE:
An external set point control is available.
All
Energy-Jet units are available with AUXILIARY HEAT engineered to
specified requirements upon request.
GUARANTEE
Each
Energy Jet Unit is guaranteed for a period of one year against defects
in material and workmanship.
